Are you looking to help your clients and friends eliminate pain, improve posture or just enhance life lived in an overworked or over-stressed body?
This course teaches evidence-based self-myofascial release (self-massage) principles and practices to enhance mobility, reduce stress, transform pain, and build body awareness. It prepares you to program SMFR rollouts for individuals, groups, and special populations.
Roll Model techniques can be used with yoga, fitness, movement, self-care or any unique population. These on-the-go balls improve mobility, stress levels, and proprioception.

Roll+Recover Class, Mondays, 6–7pm
Recover is designed to alleviate aches and pains, reduce stress, and prevent injuries. This highly accessible class offers a combination of deep tissue self-myofascial release work using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls with yoga based strength and mobility.
Recover is both nourishing and energizing, and is the perfect supplement to any movement and mindfulness practice. If you've ever said, "I need to do yoga but I'm too inflexible." this is the class for you!

We focus on functional movement and exercises, also stretching and breathing techniques. The goal is to help you be more comfortable and get back to feeling like you own your body.
